Peartree Construction, Inc. has a (B) General Contractors License (Lic# 775616) and was established with the idea to perform a very unique trade for termite companies in the Southern California market. Peartree Construction has over 50 years of experience in performing repairs for termite companies as a subcontractor. We are the leading construction company in our industry and specialize in both large and small jobs for our customers. Our expert carpenters can repair wood damage from termites, dry-rot, excessive moisture conditions, etc.

Unlike traditional contractors, our wood repair service division not only repairs the
termite damage but upon request can take steps to prevent future termite damage
using pretreatment care.

We provide a 1 year warranty on all wood repairs.

If your termite company is interested in using our services, we can tailor a specific rate card for your business, so you can quote on the job site. We can also schedule a walkthrough with your termite inspector to bid on site as well.

We perform our services on Residential, Commercial and HOA properties. In addition, we specialize in patios, decks, roof eaves, siding, trims, doors, subfloors, attics, etc.
Upon request, we will prime and paint material with owner supplied paint, our in-house paint match computerized system is an option and may vary, no guarantee on paint match.
